Berkeley Audio Visual (BAV) provides professional event support, including PA systems (mics, speakers, projectors, screens), lighting, audio/video recording services, live webcasting, online media publishing, and archiving footage. We cover in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. Our expert technical staff can set up and operate our state-of-the-art audio, multi-cam video, and computer graphics systems, offering you a unique and personalized event experience.

BAV Administrative Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM

BAV Request Deadline: To ensure availability, all BAV requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the event date. Requests submitted with less notice will be considered based on availability.
