The Blue and Gold Rooms are a versatile event space located adjacent to the main campus. With a capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests, this venue is perfect for a variety of gatherings, including conferences, seminars, and workshops. The room is designed to provide a professional yet inviting atmosphere, featuring state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, flexible seating arrangements, and elegant décor that reflects the University’s colors. Its convenient location next to the main campus ensures easy access for attendees, making it an ideal choice for your next event. The venues can be used as 2 separate rooms with a dividing wall, or as one large space with the wall removed. Please note that this venue is not available to any Registered Student Organizations (RSO)s. This is available to Campus Affiliates or Non-Campus Affiliates only. A reservation for this venue must be made at least 21 days in advance.

Your rental includes a planning meeting with an Event Coordinator. The meeting should take place 60 days before your event. Please come prepared with exact times, set-up needs, and catering needs.
Diagrams depicting the layout of your event are created during this meeting. Additional diagrams are $77 each. Room diagrams are final 3 business days before your event.
Please note that a reservation request must be submitted no later than 21 days in advance to accommodate staffing, catering, and/or logistical needs. If you are hosting or planning a Major Event, please refer to the Campus’s procedures for Non-Departmental Users to request access to campus facilities.
