Many themed events are held in our venue spaces, including luaus, dance marathons, fashion shows, and weddings. Our event planners can assist you in developing your event theme and décor and also coordinate catering for your event. An $87 per hour administrative coordination fee applies. Please refer to the policies section for the campus requirements for caterers and campus food & alcohol permit requirements.
Our event planners will also assist you in planning your décor for your event. You may hang flowers or decorations on the banisters of the grand staircase to the ballroom. Please note that due to fire code, open flame candles, and incense are not allowed. In addition, loose flower petals, confetti, glitter and chocolate fountains are not allowed due to the historical nature of the building.
