Cub-E Program

Throughout the semester, your Registered Student Organization (RSO) can check out tabling and event equipment from the Cub-E. It is located on Upper Sproul, behind the Golden Bear Cafe. The Cub-E closes the Friday before RRR week and re-opens at the start of the next semester.  To see where your organization is allowed to table, please view this diagram of Upper Sproul.


Weekdays Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Note: Same-day pickup and drop-off, no reservations can be made Monday-Friday during Cub-E
open hours, 9am-5pm
Weekends Pick up by 5:00pm and drop off by 9:00am the next business day
Note: RSOs can request after-hours access 5pm–12:00am; request must be made 14 days in advance.


  • Cub-E requests are submitted through CalLink by filling out this form.
  • If you are hosting a fundraiser or will have a display as part of your tabling, please submit a Display and Fundraising Permit Form via CalLink here

Available Equipment

  • 40 Tables
  • 80 Folding Chairs
  • 4 Fender Speaker Systems (up to 2 mics each)


Missing or Damaged Equipment
If your RSO returns damaged equipment or returns equipment late, your RSO will be charged a fee of $150 per table and $50 per chair. Until the fee is paid, your group will blocked from participating in the program.
