Throughout the semester, your Registered Student Organization (RSO) can check out tabling and event equipment from the Cub-E. It is located on Upper Sproul, behind the Golden Bear Cafe. The Cub-E closes the Friday before RRR week and re-opens at the start of the next semester. To see where your organization is allowed to table, please view this diagram of Upper Sproul.
Note: Same-day pickup and drop-off, no reservations can be made Monday-Friday during Cub-E

Note: RSOs can request after-hours access 5pm–12:00am; request must be made 14 days in advance.

- 4 Fender Speaker Systems (up to 2 mics each)
Missing or Damaged Equipment
If your RSO returns damaged equipment or returns equipment late, your RSO will be charged a fee of $150 per table and $50 per chair. Until the fee is paid, your group will blocked from participating in the program.

Starting this fall, the Library will also be hosting a tabling program in front of Moffitt Library in designated areas when available for daytime and early evening tabling. Requests for tabling in front of Moffitt Library must be submitted via the Moffitt Library Tabling Request Form at least two weeks prior to your requested date.
