The rental fee includes the house Sound System, projector, and 12ft screen.
Half-day rates include events that are four hours or less, including setup and cleanup time.
Full day = 10 hour, anything over 10 hours is $50/hour
Please note that outdoor public events can take place at the Memorial Glade, Faculty Glade, and or the Campanile Esplanade. These venues have been found to be most ideal for our public events.
Rental rates for outdoor events includes up to 4 hours of event consultation. Events that need more than 4 hours of consultation will be charged at $77 per additional hour. This includes coordinating required campus permits and insurance and campus physical plant services such as electrical power, trash/recycling/composting bins, restroom access, and turning off sprinklers. Compost bags require an additional fee. Actual time spent coordinating will vary per event.
